I went there looking for a particular product. The tone of the employees were not welcoming at all. She was very snappy about answering my question. It was not a good experience at all. I will not be going back. Online shopping for me.
I received great customer service from Angela! She knows her products... Matched me with the perfect foundation for my skin type and color. I always have a positive experience when I'm in the store.
Probably about the worst people I have ever seen working with the public here!! Never seen such rude people anywhere! Not very knowledgeable in their field. I’ve debated on posting this review for quite some time, and just kept thinking maybe just an off day for them, but apparently it’s the normal for them. Very sad.
Horrible service!!! Would not come to this location beyond testing product at this point. Had to wait for assistance which is fine but then the woman just walks away to and helps other people without so much as a word to us. The store was not even busy and there were other sales people on the floor.
Use to love this store but I will never go back went into the store today 11/11/17 and there was 2 girls working there. I came in and told the lady that the past few foundations I bought cost way to much for me to run out in a month so I opted for a cheaper foundation this lady did not try to help me at all she helped everyone else that was spending $200+ but didn't acknowledge I was still in the store and waiting for her help. As bad as it sounds Sephora seems to only want to help people who insist on spending 100s of dollars in makeup. Thank you for making me feel umwelcomed and not a valued customer to your business. I will not be coming back.
