If I could give zero stars, I would. I like Dr. Brown. She is a good doctor, but the staff there is horrible. My baby's appointment was at 9am this morning, but for some reason I thought it was 10. I arrived around 9:30. The lady at the counter rudely informed me that I had missed my appointment. There was only one other person in the waiting room and they refused to see my baby. I have never been late for an appointment before. She tried to reschedule me for 2 weeks later! I told her not to worry about rescheduling. I will be scheduling an appointment with a different doctor today!
The worst customer service Rachel was rude and did not assist me because she didn't like the way I spoke to her. My daughter was seen in their office two weeks ago and Rachekl refused to fax the appropriate info needed for her to receive the services needed. My daughter has been coming to Columbus Regional Pediatrics since about 8 months old (she is 4 years old now). We have never had an issue getting an appointment right away whenever needed... We have seen every provider in the office, including doctors and PA's. Never had an issue, and I have no complaints. They are wonderful with my daughter, and always give us exceptional care. They also remember her every time she comes in. Even when my daughter had a horrible ear infection and was extremely irritable, the doctor was able to immediately diagnose the problem and reassure us that all would be fine. I love this practice and do not plan on changing pediatricians any time soon! We are sad Dr. Flowers left to go to peds after hours, but all of the providers in the office are wonderful! The staff is great, never a long wait time, and I've always been able to get her right in if needed. Love this place and love these providers for always taking great care of my baby!
