The customer service is here is exceptional!!! Brittany is so nice She is so knowledgeable! I haven’t been to a store here in town where the staff knows just about everything from dogs to fish !!! She’s awesome and she taught my husband and I all we needed to know about setting up a fish tank ! I’m super impressed !!
The only place I can find the dog food and treats that my dog can eat! She is allergic to many things and her food/treats are of a high price brand and this is the only place in town that carries it.
And every time I go in they are so nice. And store is clean. I make the drive as they make it worth while.
I love this place. It’s a splurge though but not so big box that I truly feel like I’m getting service when I am there. Also supermarkets just don’t sell the quality food they do and they do awesome things for rescue animals
The employees are so helpful. They are willing to answer any questions.
I usually always depend on Pet Supermarket for Pet Food. Austin, Brittany and the rest of the Staff are usually really helpful and courteous to customers. I don't mind waiting for them when I have to.
