The owner of the salon was very nice and told me everything she was going to do in advance. Penny was finished in about an hour and came out happy and smelling good. The price was very reasonable too. I will definitely go back.
I am a new pet mommy and was looking for a professional groomer for my new baby Kai. I first called a big commercial groomer, who advised me that they were booked for the next two days and was hung up on by the "technician" who was talking to someone in the background during our conversation. I immediately went online to research somewhere else! I found RockStar, and called Brenda. Brenda was very kind, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about my concerns, she answered all of my questions and immediately set us up with an appointment. I left Kai to be groomed and in an hour, he came back to me looking like new money! (And it didn't cost me all of mine!) RockStar and Ms. Brenda ROCK! We've found our new groomer! I took my dog, Penny, in today for a nail trim and a bath.
We have used rockstars quite a few times now and I really like it here, and so does Rex. It’s clean and always smells fresh. The dog are able to roam pretty much all day. I don’t really like boarding that has dog runs. She keep the number of dog she has at one time low so it makes for a more personal experience for the dog. My lab is very needy so this is perfect for our little guy.
We've brought our Pickles here for daycare more than a few times. This past weekend we left him here, since he gets along with Brenda so well. To be honest... I hate being away from him but leaving him with Brenda made me feel better. She was so sweet to send us frequent photos and sometimes even videos of how he was doing and even took him to the park :). Pickles loved his weekend. Thank you!
