Very sad! Great food but the lady there always messes up the order!

The prices are awesome here for food that's why I always come here on my lunch breaks. However, the staff could use some improvement. I came here one day on my lunch break and the young boy inside the window refused to take my order even when the other girl told him to take it twice. Then another girl from across the kitchen asked what I'd like to drink and I found it all very rude and unprofessional. They treated it like it was a choice to take my order rather than their job to take my order
The staff is very friendly. I had one incorrect order out of 7 total visits. The food is great and the prices are affordable.
I LOVE GOING TO COOK'S FOR LUNCH! Sarah is so nice and very welcoming! This place is great for a fast lunch! You won't be disappointed!
