The service is good the food sucks. My order was not ready when I arrive even though it was ordered 2 hours ahead of time on tge Internet. I only went to this restaurant because I had to pick up food for work but I would never come here on my own because of the taste of the food. During my visit a customer had to send their food back twice it was a chicken Sizzler because they said the rice was not done and it was hard .
The food was okay, I suppose. But the floors were very slick, my mother in law couldn't even use her cane and she would have fallen if we didn't walk her to the table. It was really ridiculous and nasty.
Went there to pick up an online order. As I already know the service sucks! Went there 40 mins and the manager tells me she didn’t see the ticket and she is not making the food, because the restaurant is full. I asked for my money back, tells me to call an 800 number. Which I been calling for 2 days and it’s a survey number. Nobody can answer about my $40! And worst was the treatment the manager provided. Stay away from this place.
Apparently a burger and fries takes an hour to make. I ordered an hour prior, left, came back, only to find out it hadn't even been made. Cooks had to be pleaded with just to make it. Someone else who was dining in ordered the same, they literally just threw that in a box so I could finally go. How is someone else's order prepared before mine when I got there first? Not to mention that they left out a whole portion of my order. Do better.....
Let me tell you what. If you are rather parched after a long day of riding horses or trapped in a car for several hours. Heck even tired of nagging people? Stop on by this Denny's. The rating just doesn't do it justice! Parking lot is a little small, but it's a rather spacious environment. The tables are a little sticky, but freedom comes at a price.
