My husband grew up eating here. He says the food tastes just the same as when he was a little boy. My first time eating here was back in April of this year and let me tell you it was phenomenal!! It was a bit pricey but well worth the price for the quality and wonderful flavors!!! It is now one of my favorites and would recommend it to everyone visiting Columbus,Ga
I really like to support local businesses but my recent visit there the 18th of December was not good. This place needs a good scrub down a remodel I've never seen a place that is this dirty, even though it's old there's no reason for the amount of grime you can see in the kitchen just looking over the counter. Sadly I will not be returning
Local atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great southern food. On my list of good Columbus eats on my return visits from NJ.
The catfish was amazing, great portion size! If you're looking for great food then definitely come visit Gus's. Gus was super friendly and made sure everything was great
We almost didn't come in here because of not knowing how it would be with being a little hole in the wall spot. We were so glad we came in. Best Philly cheesesteak and burger we've had! The catfish Po boy was the biggest piece of catfish we've ever seen on a Po boy, he didn't say a word while eating it! Awesome fried green tomatoes too. Very friendly staff as well! Don't let the hole in the wall look scare you away! Everything was amazing!! ❤️❤️
