Very clean and good restaurant. The food was great and service was great as well. The chicken strips were fresh warm and crispy. The mashed potatoes and gravy were served at a good temperature. The biscuit was perfect. It was warm and not overcooked. The sweet tea was sweet but not to sweet. I would go back again and eat here.
I was so happy when they asked me if I had 3 minutes to wait for the popcorn shrimp to cook because I do hate not having fried shrimp freshly cooked! It was delicious!
Popeyes suck! Was told to pull in parking lot for a 3 to 5 minute wait. Fine. I understand. Leave me in parking lot for almost 35 minutes and then I have to call and remind them that I'm still in the parking lot waiting on my "$26.00 paid" order. I work retail. The lack of customer service is absolutely ridiculous! Plenty of other options in my area who will now have my business going forward.

I went through the drive through tonight and was asked to park, because there was a 7 minute wait for the chicken. 19 minutes later the guy comes out and says. "What did you order? Sorry we got busy." I was beyond mad. He finally brings out the food and tells me that he put two pies in the bag. As if that fixed anything. On top of that my food wasn't even hot. I WON'T be going back.
