Next time was a Tuesday after lunch. I was asked to wait again. I thought they forgot me. I don't blame the stage. I blame the corporation for understanding and having the drive through person doing everything. I'll go in next time and save my gas.
Went through drive in twice in one weeks time. First time was a Thursday after 4. I was asked to wait. Waited 5 mins before my order was taken. 5 mins in drive in time is an eternity. Girl on drive in really nice had good customer skills pleasant voice.
I'm from outta town. Never heard of this place before. Came in near closing time, was still treated very professionally. The lady who helped us at the register was very friendly even though we were being a little complicated. Best part was THE FOOD.. wings were BANGIN'. Every meal we got was great. A little pricey, but I guess I'm just that guy who usually only eats wings on wing night. Would recommend.
Great food, fast and friendly
Just moving to Georgia, we had never been to a Zaxby's before. The sitting area was nice but that was about it. When walking into the store, you have a very small area to order your food and get your drinks. It was very crowded though it was just my family and two other people. The lady up front was alright on friendliness, but didn't seem to know how to ring things up. It was about a 15 minute wait, but we were fine with that if it meant we got fresh food. We drove home with our food, and when we opened our to go boxes, it seemed we had received something you'd expect in a lunch box. My dad and I got one of their sandwiches, but it was basically a salad sandwich with regular store bought bread. Not even going to say there was chicken in it because it really didn't taste like it. My mom ordered the wings which were like a kids meal chicken nuggets. The only one who seemed to like his food was my brother who ordered the priciest sandwich. Really not impressed. I'd go anywhere else besides here next time.
Not as good as other chicken places, but the staff was amazing!
