The prices are kinda high, but the jeans and shirts fit and look better than other stores, all the sales people are friendly and know
I walked in there looked at the Hurley table saw a sign for 2 for $42. When I got to the register they told me they were not that special any more. I went to point to the sign that wasn't there anymore. I said the sign was just there! The manager said I know I forgot to take it down. They are not that price anymore. I said the sign was there while I was shopping that should be the price! She refused to give me the price she clearly forgot to take down which is her fault not mine! Her name is Taylor! It worth the trip to Atalanta to get better customer service! I was just at the Atlanta West Point mall and got way better service then this!!
ledgeable of the products, if you can afford quality and stylish stuff,i recommend this place,if not I recommend WALMART
Absolutely love this buckle! My fiancé used to work here and Taylor was his manager before he left. She is an absolutely amazing person. Even though we've been living in Atlanta for the past 8 months, we frequently travel down to Columbus to shop with Taylor. She's always updating me on what's new in the store and it's well worth the drive to get great customer service AND cute clothes!

Very disappointed in my experience I had in the store yesterday. I spend a lot at buckle as my entire family love the jeans but not any more. I had 3 items that I had the receipt for manager would only return 2 pair as she said the 3rd pair had been worn. They were only tried on to see if they fit and they didn't. The other 2 pair 1 had all tags on them but didn't fit so I just wanted to exchange but was not allowed to do so as they couldn't find where they were purchased. Well I didn't purchase them they were a gift so I wouldn't know how they were paid for. The last pair were rock revival which are 200.00 a pair and buttons on pocket came off and ripped the back pocket. There again just wanted to exchange but manager refused to let me!! The jeans cost way too much for this to happen and them not make it right!! I will not be shopping at buckle again!! Very dissatisfied former customer. .
