I had a really bad experience at Burlington Coat Factory on Airport thru way in Columbus, GA. I paid off a layaway, and I went back to return some of the items on the layaway. Instead, of them returning me my money in the form of how I paid it which is plainly stated on the back of the receipt. Within 30 days of a layaway being completed if a return is made after 30 days your money will be placed on a gift card. However, I returned some items the same day, but they gave me my money back on a gift card which contradicts what the return policy is on the receipt. In addition, the store manager was very rude, and not helpful.
Gotta be the most busted version of this store I’ve ever been to anywhere in the states. Other locations are nice. This is like a hood Ross
Not in the nicest area and stuff is kinda messy but you can find great bargains here! Worth it!
My family and I love Burlington! The staff is always pleasant, their prices are always low, their products are always guaranteed! If ever anything needs to be taken back there's no hassle! Their layaway plan is great! You can find almost anything you need as far as clothing for all family members and home supplies.
Very affordable prices for the whole family One Stop Shop for clothing the staff was very helpful as well and check-out was a breeze I greatly appreciate you guys being so kind to my family this shop is well worth it I would recommend it to anybody you need some clothes go here you will not be disappointed and you won't go broke either
