I always go to dtlr they always have nice styles. Today a gentleman helped me with a shoe, it had a discount tag on it for $44.99 when I paid $80+ in another store. So I purchased those & another shoe. It's time for kids to go back to school so it was crowded. When the cashier gave me the price I sounded more than I thought but I paid for it. As I'm walking out the store I immediately saw on the receipt the I was charged $59.99. So I went back in to the great gentleman that helped me & showed him the receipt. He grab the shoe off the wall and showed it to another lady & explained what had happened. She scan the shoe, told him the price was wrong, changed the tag, walk right pass me & didn't acknowledge the issue, and put the shoe back on the wall. So I called her over she instantly became rude & told me the shoe was priced wrong it happens all the time & that I needed to stand in line to talk to the cashier/manager. I explained what happened with the price tag she became rude as well she told me I wasn't at Walmart & that DTLR doesn't honor prices, she only gave me a refund because she didn't want to deal with me, & the her sales associate is from up north so it only "seems" like she was being rude. I'm very displeased with the customer service I received today it was awful.!
