I had another sample (double bill) and they NEVER sent the results to my urologist ( i called them many times). Really horrible experience!
I'm only 4'10 and weighed 115 pounds before pregnancy. They knew he was a big baby.
The son did not want to give me a c section after his dad told him it'd most likely be necessary. After the nurses couldn't find my babies heart beat they went to go get him and he said it wasn't an emergency. He finally came in there after multiple times of it happening when my babies heartbeat hadn't been on the monitor for over 6 minutes, then got him out.

I had a very bad experience with this office. Nurses didn't send my sample to lab. I waited 2 weeks with pain and no medication. When i came back for results the let me wait for more than a hour just to tell me "apologize!)
My child came out not breathing and is now in the nicu. I told Wesley Chambers that I couldn't push anymore after my baby had been in the birth canal for longer than 2 hours.
Their nurses are good, but the quality of the doctors are not.
There's always a wait time here. Lack of professionalism make the facility seem fairly hood.

Both Crandall and Wesley Chambers are amazing doctors. I had some last minute complications with my daughter's delivery and I have no doubt that Doctor Crandall saved my daughter's and my life and when all was said and done he came back to our room to check on us. He was so down to earth and acted like it was just another day at the office.
Wesley delivered my first son which turned out to be an emergency c-section after him being there for me and helping me for 2 whole days of labor. My son was fine. Crandall delivered my second child which was a succesful VBAC, he did an AMAZING job with me and i had her so fast it was a really great labor and delivery. Everything went great. I loved going to my appointments and i loved the staff. They are amazing!!!
