Very unprofessional stuff and rude, not going back ever.
Unprofessional and lazy. My mom recently passed from stage 4 cancer. We didn't find out until it was too late and all Bassey did was smile in our face and faked like he gave a damn. My mom was a patient of his for close to 10 years and not once when she complained of back problems did he have her kidneys xrayed or had blood work done to check for cancer but he put her on thyroid and cholesterol medicine. Both of these require blood tests. He couldn't tell if her results were normal or not? He's a quack and I wish I knew someone that could tell me about medical negligence because he was very negligent.
Im a patient at this clinic, and usually dont have problems, but my blood pressure is through the roof, they refuse to send me a perscription. I recently lost my benifits, but all I wanted was my meds. Dissapointed
Upon entrance the staff is very unprofessional. They didn't speak and I was told to come early to fill out paperwork and didn't receive a thing. I was there 45 mins before I got anybody to look my way. I hate having to go places with unprofessional associates. You couldn't get anybody to assist to because they were too busy gossiping.
