This location on Airport Thruway does an excellent job and offers coupons so I can save money. Staff is friendly.
Best customer service of any dry cleaners I have ever used.
They put a hole in a 90 dollar shirt and offered me 20 dollars credit. It took 3 weeks of me calling to get that. Will not use them ever again. I would give them no stars.
Needed same day service got it back that afternoon. The price was exceptional with the special they were advertising.
This is the first issue that I've had with them. I've been a customer since 97. Today they showed their true colors. They cleaned a shirt for me in the past. I took the same shirt back to be cleaned again. This time the shirt shrunk. The owner claimed that it was a manufacturer defect. I asked him if that was the case, why didn't it shrink the first time. They were rude, and didn't even apologize. The elderly lady that works there is the worst of the bunch. I have video to back up what I'm saying.
