Extremely overpriced! I've had to walk out 3 times now as I've tried to give her my business and every time the tailor shop on post was significantly cheaper pickup was the same time frame. Be careful of what she says the prices are, she isn't forthcoming with the "hidden" prices. She will not be getting my service anymore. The most recent trip was $24 cheaper on post with the same pickup day!
I put alterations in a few weeks prior to a wedding I would be in. The dress was taken out, but not done the day before my flight. When I tried it on the morning of (I had called the day before and it wasn't done), the zipper had not been changed out, as promised. The hem was too short and uneven, and the dress was still wrinkled. I had to come back an hour later and rush to the airport, and the new zipper had made the dress uncomfortably tight, as well as didn't match the dress or blend in (as she said it would). When it was too tight, she told me I grew...REALLY? From an hour ago? They promised it would be clean, done a day prior, and then acted like I was an inconvenience when the work wasn't done right, and I had to have it fixed before a flight to Ohio the same day. I will NOT be going here again, and I don't recommend it for anyone who has a deadline to meet and wants quality work.

Dropped off ASU's for applying a service stripe, press, cleaning, and putting all of my ribbons and stuff back on. I spent approximately $60, when I arrived to pick up, I had to show her how to put on the 2 badges I have. I also realised that she had not put my shoulder ranks or name tag on my white shirt, so i made her put them on, and watched her just throw the name tag on with out any measurements, just kind of eye balled it, and stuck it on. She also did not sew on the additional service stripe that I had paid for her to put on. It seems, that she charges for the services, and then does a poor job on it. I do not recommend using this location. Seems like $60 is kinda high for the poor quality of work that comes out of it.
Ripped me off on altering ASUs just made up prices on the spot and charged me $80 more than Commandos charged other people for the same work.
