I would've gave this -5 stars if I could. Do NOT wash you clothes here. The owner is a total jerk. I washed a shirt (that was machine washable by the way) and after I took it out of the washer it was ruined. I told the owner what happened and before I could even finish my story, he rudely said "So, what do you want me to do". I'm pretty sure if it weren't for customers this place wouldn't be open. This guy "Ali Khan" if that's even his real name (which he did not want to give me) cares nothing about the customers. I should've turned and left when I saw all the broken washer signs. Please don't give your money and patronize a business that cares NOTHING about the customers, go somewhere your money is appreciated. I would NOT recommend this place.
Here it is 5:30 in the morning and need to do my laundry. The advertisement says echo is open 24 hours a day. Drive almost 4 miles to find them closed. It's now 630 and still no sign of anyone.
Clean and functioning machines
The coin machine works, 90% of the washer and dryers work and they have the non-working ones clearly labeled. I have no complaints about this place.
Half of the machines don't work!!!
