I had a hotel suite called The Warrior room. It was not clean. And had a bad smell The front desk had to clean my room bathroom had pee and pubic hair on mat and toilet. The sheets had to be changed. I went out to buy air freshener ....bleach Lysol wipes and cleaned to. A roach was on the wall outside my door... The only thing good was the staff was nice. I didn't care for the free breakfast. My room carpet was so nasty. The walls need to be painted and house keeping needs to dust. We drove six hours there. Our room was given away that we booked 3 months is advance. That how I got the suite. I will not be returning to this motel.
I was staying here recently for a state competition with my school for a night. This was the most disgusting hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. Me and my roommates kept smelling a urine smell on the bed, it then made my blanket and clothes smell like urine. We didn’t have enough towels and wash clothes in our room. We tried calling the front desk and no one answered. The customer service was horrible. The furniture was in bad condition. The person who worked in the breakfast area was no help at all. There were also about 7 cars that were broken into the night that we were there. People from my cheer team called the police. My overall experience was not good at all and i wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here!!!
I stayed here when I was evacuating Florida from Hurricane in September. I have never stayed at such a terrible hotel in my life. First there was a guy walking around the parking lot asking people for money. It was just me and my two girls and he stopped me and wanted to know if I was coming from Florida from the hurricane and asked me if I had any money to give him. The hotel staff was a very nice lady. But the rooms were I don't even know how to describe it. They were disgusting I don't know if maybe we got a room that people want supposed to stay in or what because the pictures that I saw on Google did not match what I saw in person. I plan to upload the pictures that I took.. The chair was all ripped to pieces there was peeling on the counter the floor. The pillow was so thin that it was like I was sleeping on a cereal box.
Had an unplanned stay here in mid-September as a result of evacuating Florida due to hurricane Irma. We were very happy to have found a pet friendly place to stay on such short notice, given the circumstances. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of my family and our dog. Understanding that this is a 2-star hotel, my only complaint would be the carpets in the hallways were a bit dirty. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and we had a quiet and comfortable stay. Also, worth mentioning that our group occupied 4 different rooms over our 3 day stay. Every room came with a normal size refrigerator, a microwave oven and a 2 burner stove.
The staff wad great & made sure that we were taken care of. Visiting my soldier at Ft. Benning & the staff allowed us the sit in the lobby and visit/eat. Anything we needed was taken care of by just asking!
