I wouldn't stay here again unless I absolutely had to.
Gone all day from about 7:00 am till about 9:30 pm My son's Military Graduation.we sat down on bed and we saw another roach couldn't kill it it moved to fast. Turned back cover to get in bed there was a spider dead in the sheets. I did leave a comment card about it . We were happy with Service but I will never stay there again because of the roaches
Bathroom was dirty. Pee all over the toilet seat. You can see where the housekeeper sprayed everything down but did not actually wipe anything. There was so much cleaner residue left. Also the floors were not swept and all the towels had hair on them for some reason.
Everything about Motel 6 is good with the exception of the Drug Dealers and there prospective clients at 1:30 AM Banging on the door of room 233. This poor excuse of a human woke up the entire block of rooms knocking on a door so hard that it shook things in our room 236. There was no one in that room that night, his dealer was there the previous night. I have stayed at Motel 6 many times across this country and it is my opinion that they are increasingly becoming the motel of choice for drug dealers/pimps. The same thing occurred in Sioux Falls SD. For a better Rating I suggest that Motel 6 cleans up their act.
The check in experience went smoothly. The room was in excellent shape. The location is outstanding. The bed was fresh and comfortable. One small roach and a spider were in the room. The renovated property is relaxing and clean.
Upon arrival we were extremely exhausted. Got to our room , saw a roach killed it. Brushed the experience off .
I read some reviews prior to staying at your hotel that were very negative. I did not find any of those issue that were mentioned. The rooms are update for the price, your security system works, the staff was pleasant and patient, and helpful in deciding what room was better for me. Thank you Motel 6 staff for your help.
