Very friendly staff and the room was absolutely amazing. They have the BEST pillows (usually that's a huge plus for me). The breakfast is nice and honestly, it's just a nice place to stay if you're on a budget.
I couldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I shouldn't have to scrub down the bathroom in a hotel room I paid for, and at THOSE PRICES?!!! My bathroom should've already been clean boo!
I came to town for a church conference. I'm a Choice Hotel member and this hotel was first on the list. I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable in the bed. There's shopping and restaurants all around.
I recommend this hotel for the price, location, the great staff and the bed was Soooo comfortable.
Highly recommend staying here!! We evacuated from Florida because of Irma. From the moment we checked in the staff has gone above & beyond to accomendate us, helping us without being asked. The rooms are wonderful!! We are highly sceptical about hotels, but the girls that cleaned them made it feel like home, smell like home & welcoming like home. Aside from the noise of the interstate, I have absolutely no complaints & if ever we have to travel this way we will book with this Quality Inn!! Thank you so much to the staff for making us feel like we aren't just customers & going above to keep us happy & comfortable, thank yous won't even cover the amount of gratitude we have for them during this stressful time!!
Last night my husband and I after a 10 hour drive checked into this hotel for some overnight rest. The reservation process was quick (if you pay cash there's a $50 deposit). We got our room key (card) and went upstairs to our room (room 207)... NOW, I don't know if housekeeping was mad that day or just feeling lazy because BAAABY!? OUR ROOM WAS FILTHY. There was "dirt, scum" all in the wall tile in the bathroom. The floor was nasty, the sheets had "stains" in them **insert vomit emoji here** and the pillows STANK. CHILE, I know Beyonce said "If you like it, then you shoulda put a ring on it", but ain't NO WAY HOMEGIRL WAS TALKING ABOUT THE TUB! I'VE NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED IN MY LIFE. Even the sink was nasty. After a quick 8 second phone call to the front desk the young lady moved us to another room on the 3rd level (thank you for that). BUT that room wasn't much better, yes the bed was OK but the tub in there was nasty too..instead of calling to complain again we decided to go get some bleach, and tile cleaner etc. and scrub the bathroom down... I'm OCD. I WASN'T ABOUT TO LET ALL THIS CHOCOLATE GOODNESS TOUCH NO NASTY TUB! (I should be reimbursed for those cleaning products)... fast forward to about 2 in the morning... SOMEBODY forgot to put in the computer our room was changed. I'm in bed, sleeping, cuddled up in my man's arms, then out of nowhere what do I hear? Some RANDOM DUDE TRYING TO GET IN OUR ROOM. THIS MAN WAS LITERALLY BANGING AND KICKING ON THE DOOR? CHILE, I FELT LIKE I WAS IN A JASON MOVIE. I WAS SO SCARED I THINK MY WHOLE SOUL LEFT MY BODY FOR 3.5 SECONDS. I'm panicking and screaming, waking my husband up. He jumps up like a Bobcat ready to pounce, I'm in the corner pleading the blood of Jesus. Chile I was ready to run for my LIFE! So my husband gets the dude away from our door. And we get a call from the front desk (shift changed, new lady). Got that taken care of but we couldn't go back to sleep. I was stressed out & thoroughly disappointed.
The front desk staff was awesome. The day before my scheduled arrival I needed to change my room type and the internet duplicated my reservation. I called and immediately it was resolved. My only issue was not getting can yield without asking because my stay was long. The was a family with small children above us that ran all night it seemed and early mornings before I got up. But I didn't bother them.
I recently came to Columbus for the state cheerleading competition...I was hesitant to stay at the Quality Inn after seeing some of the bad reviews although they were few and far between. However, I had a great experience! Very friendly staff that makes sure you are taken care of, clean rooms, and super comfy beds. I will definitely be staying here again!
And lets not talk about the hooker strutting down through there in her cowgirl boots and micomini dress from Rainbow... in 30 degree weather, Girl BYE!
