Had a wonderful experience with packing and moving with Mayflower through Caravelle Moving and Storage, from Columbus, GA to Indiana. The estimate by Greg Yancey, with Livingston Storage and Transfer Company, was reasonable and there were no hidden costs, in fact there is a refund on weight. Mr. Yancey explained each step and was always available to reassure me if I had any questions. Kevin, in charge of packing and delivery, and his assistants were very courteous, thorough and efficient with no damage to furniture and housewares. They were very careful when unloading at my new location, placing protective coverings on the floors.They took the time to ask where certain boxes or items should go or be placed. They carried items to the basement and garage and to each room as designated. Would certainly use them again and highly recommend them. They were friendly and we laughed together but they never slowed down. I researched moving companies on the Internet prior to selecting one and Livingston Transfer and Moving Company, was the only company I found that had only praise, no negative reviews. Thank you, gentlemen, for giving this elderly lady peace of mind on a traumatic move.
