I have worked with Bradstreet Proper on several Real Estate Closings. As Agents they go above and beyond for their clients. They are very knowledgeable in the field of real estate which allows them to provide their clients with more than just an "agent" point of view. The office representative that I spoke with was very rude and abrupt. I called to get my application status because it had been a few days past the timeframe for a response. I never received an update on my application status until I called the office. The rep had stated that he had called and left a voicemail. He could not recall the time the message was left. That was a flat out lie. When I asked questions his responses were rude as if I was holding him up. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!
