I TURNED IN MY $40 APPLICATION THURSDAY 02 FEB 2017 TO MARY BETH SHE WAS NICE TOLD ME IT COULD TAKE UP TO 3 DAYS, OK COOL. I CALLED TUESDAY 07 FEB 2017 MARY BETH SAID SHE WAS NOT DONE YET AND SHE WOULD GIVE ME A CALL AS SOON ANS SHE WAS FINISH. SO I LET WEDNESDAY GO BY STILL NO CALL. ON THURSDAY 09 FEB 2017 A WEEK FROM WHEN I TURNED IN MY APPLICATION I CALLED MARY BETH AGAIN TO SAY IM CHECKING ON MY APPLICATION SHE NOW HAS AN ATTITUDE AND SAYS TO ME "AND DIDN'T I SAY I WOULD CALL YOU WHEN I'M DONE" I THEN SAY "AND YOU ALSO TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 3 DAYS" THEN SHE SAYS "THE COMPUTERS WERE DOWN FOR ONE DAY". TODAY IS FRIDAY THE 10 FEB 2017 AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PHONE CALL. THIS COMPANY HAS MY $40 AND I HAVE NOTHING FROM THEM I FEEL LIKE I HAVE BEEN ROBBED IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO RUN AN APPLICATION. I REALLY HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL TO SOMEONE WHEN CHOOSING WHO TO DO BUSINESS AND SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH.
So I rented from this business and paid my rent every month for two years. I paid my rent either one to two days early (never late, not one time!) I am the type that takes pride in where I live and Kept it like my own. When I moved out they kept over half my deposit (725) saying that the lawn needed mowed so they charged me 163 dollars to mow the yard almost two weeks after I moved out..on top of that they took money cause two light bulbs were burnt out (40 dollars)and among other petty things but when my wife and I moved in we spent 8 hrs cleaning the place top to bottom and that's being generous. This is completely outrageous! I left the state thinking we were on good terms with this place and they totally stabbed us in the back. Very disappointed with flournoy & Calhoun realtors . Also before you rent read reviews I did just recently and please notice it's all the land lords that give positive reviews because this company is all about scamming customers to make a buck!! Military beware they take advantage!
