Most are total lies or extreme exaggeration.
I was interested that they set low rent prices of houses but later on , I heard, they add many unnecessary expenses from tenants pocket..
This realtor takes 50$ for each person and many other realtors just take 35$ for whole family.

we were filling out applications for a home that another couple had just finished looking at. I was worried, but an office worker assured me that they had not filled out an application yet. After being called into the office by the owner the assistant came out with a very sad and distraught countenance. She regretfully explained to us that the couple was getting the home. I was expressing my displeasure with such unethical business practice, at which the assistant seemed very sympathetic, when suddenly the owner burst out in a very rude manner and proceeded to verbally attack me and give many excuses for his actions. At the end of an exchange of many words he told me not to tell him how to run his business. Be very careful if you decide to do business with this man, he is absolutely crooked. its probably a blessing not to have been a part of his racket.
Buck Hamilton is probably the best property manager I have ever met. His office is a "machine" of efficiency. His knowledge of the business of real estate is incredible. If you want to rest easy and know your property is in good caring efficient business minded hands, Buck Hamilton is the man. Buck Hamilton and Associates is the best in the city by a long shot. AND, often times you will see disgruntled tenants or property owners with substandard property and pie in the sky expectation trash talk property managers in these reviews. ALL property managers want to do a good job. Tenants dont pay rent, trash the place, live in filth, spread bugs, bring drama, and then complain. Property owners and their raggedy properties that are underwater with payments too high to break even complain because their stuff wont rent at the rent they need to break even. If its not worth the rent, people wont live there. Not the tenants problem or the property managers problem if the owner is DUMB and the math wont work. So dont believe the garbage. Its just somebody could not pay their rent or destroy everything in their wake or somebody trying to get five star rent for one star property.

Later on , while doing application, this buck told me if I don't pay rent , he will kick me out of house and that all kinda stuffs. I requested him to this is not a good way to talk customers. Then , he told this is way of my business and told me if you don't like the house , give my application back..
I Was going to do the application of one house and I am having credit score of 760 a way more than his IQ.
After exchanging explicit words, I threw application on buck's face..
I believe in informing my contract.
Horrible customer service. I just pray for the receptionist and him because the spirit they carry and way they conduct themselves are going to hinder them from growth. Business people should never raise there voice nor speak to clients like they are animals. There are many Realtors around with the same specials with excellent customer service and properties that are actually maintenanced and actually are going to be managed by people who carry themselves as great business people who have humility for everyone and not pick and choose. May God bless this business...In my opinion the secretary is the major downfall of this business.Is she he is wife?...Not even worth one star.

It just means that you didn't get your way.
You agreed and I fully expect you to do what you agreed to.
It is my opinion that you need to check the truthfulness of those making complaints.
And know this, just because you don't get your way does not mean that you have been abused.
