I made an appointment for required vaccinations and grooming... when I arrived for my dog's scheduled appointment , I was told she was scheduled for just a bath and that the groomer was booked for the next two weeks, the girl who explained this offered no apology for the confusion. Then to ad insult to injury, my name and address were completely incorrect on the invoice they handed me and my phone number was incorrect as well... thank goodness I had listed my daughter as an emergency contact. We will not be using 2nd ave veterinary again, not a good first impression
