The only place I trust my answers my animals to. Both my dog and my cat have had appointments here and my dog has had a minor surgery. The staff is warm and welcoming and everyone is very conscious of both the well-being of my pets and the financial considerations.
Our 14-year-old dog has been to River Road since she was a puppy. This week, she became ill and hadn’t drank water in 18 hours. Called the vet, and they were inflexible and showed no compassion. They wouldn’t see her until the next afternoon, which would have been too late. Luckily, we found another vet who got her in within a half hour, and they got her back on the right track. They are now our new vet.
