Alamo had a sign up saying go to enterprise for service,got to enterprise ten people a head of me and the girl behind the counter was taken her sweet time which only made things worst because the line kept getting longer. The young had to walk back n forth from enterprise to alamo. Finally after 45 minutes in line she asked who ever she was talking to for help. Then on return of the car only two people in line and it was worst than pick up. A gentleman came in behind me and ask the girl working the counter are you being over worked and she said no never I'm always going to take my time. The gentleman a head of me looked at me and shook his head as he was walking off. Then the young lady as the man who asked if she was over worked was he returning a car and if he need a receipt the whole time looking at me as if I want you to say something. Totally unprofessional worst car rental experience ever.
Wonderful service
Great expeience. I did a 1 way rental from Columbus to Ft lauderdale and couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience. They were the least expensive oit of all the rental companies I looked at , by more than half, and also required no deposit or had any hidden fees. The pick up and drop off process was so simple and I was in and out very quickly.

Got in and out during the rental process. Better than Avis. I rented the Toyota corolla it was awesome it made me want to get one. The girls at the desk were awesome. I will rent here again.
