Not impressed at all with Hertz at the Columbus airport! Very unprofessional! Would not recommend. Go to Enterprise
The staff was awesome at the time of rental. The car I was offered was much more than I expected. I had a GPS navigation system with the car and I did not ask for the upgrade. The car was clean, price very reasonable, and staff helpful. Upon returning the car, I was 10 minutes late and the awesome lady waived the extra fee. She also allowed for me to go to the gas station and fill-up without any problems. Hertz will be my choice for future rentals!

Absolutely awful, they gave away my reserved vehicle and gave me a Mazda 3 with a tag that expires in 2 days. I went back in to swap the vehicle it didn't happen and I was told if the cops pull me over to show them my paperwork and they will tell me to go to Hertz and exchange the car. Lol this episode has been hilarious. Where so Hertz find these sorry workers that won't exchange your car because they don't want to clean a car for U. Wow my last time doing business here. Customer service true 0 score.
I had a reservation and was told they had to give someone else my car because I was not there at 9AM. Then I get there and have to wait for service because the manager was on the phone trying to get his new employee logged in which is something that could have waited. Then his cell phone rings he talks on that and text meanwhile I'm waiting on a car. I canceled my reservation I rather wait on enterprise. Hertz customer service is horrible.
