Whose freakin' budget are they on? Sure as hell doesn't fit mine.
Under normal circumstance renting a vehicle should not be a tedious process. However, the woman that assisted me was extremely rude, in return made the process a drag.
I have no complaints, customer service was Top Notch the clerk was so very helpful. I usually use Enterprise for rentals but I didn't this time and I'm glad because Budget is cheaper and I was so greatful for all the help the clerk gave me.
I love budget they always take care of my needs. I've never had a problem with them.
This location provides the worst customer service. The front desk staff is very rude. The car are never clean in the inside when rented.
