I rented a 15 passanger van last month. The van was not clean nor was it filled with gas. We were scheduled to leave at a certain time but was delated by 2 hours because our van was not ready. However the van was very spacious and drove not with no problems.
Complete rip off!! I rented 3 vans for a 1 day church function, but needed to cancel due to the church just deciding to get a bus. So they send out these bogus vouchers since the deposit is non-refundable that state that the voucher is only good towards a 3 day rental which is meant to gain more money. I needed the vans for another 1 day church function, but they wanted me to tact on another 3 days as stated on the bogus vouchers they sent out. Ridiculous and a COMPLETE RIP OFF!! DO NOT USE THEM
