New to columbus! Been here 3 times and same woman was working, ( attractive black lady) she is extremely rude and intimidating! I ask a simple question about a item and she is soo rude. I believe she is the manager or it seems so. The other employess are scared of her. It's ridiculous! She truly makes me not want to go back and I spend $$ at VS.
Avoid this VS at ALL costs! Associates are extremely rude and can't be bothered. Especially with returns. Will not be shopping here anymore.
I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. I have never ever been inside a Victoria Secret store that had not only the worst employees, but also the rudest associates I have ever met!!!!!! I will never step foot inside this Victoria Secret again, possibly never any Victoria Secret again. I am in contact with corporate now, if they handle my issue decently then possibly I may become a customer again. If not they have lost my business! Absolutely shocked at how rude the employees are at this location! They all need to be fired and VS should re hire employees that actually know what customer service means and how to treat customers with respect! DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS VICTORIA SECRET'S LOCATION BEYOND BELIEF, THE EMPLOYEES NEED TO LEARN HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH KINDNESS & RESPECT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tend to avoid this place due to their unfavorable customer service, but this aversion has NEVER related to their employment of a male associate. I find such hateful speech and baseless, harmful accusations that's been displayed in the previous comment to be far more upsetting than the customer service I've experienced at this location. That being said, they will continue to have my business being I am a woman who believes people deserve respect and human decency.
