DOES NOT CARE FOR PATIENTS! MONEY MAKING BUSINESS ONLY!! You want to lose weight? Be under the care of a doctor such as a PCP who CARES for you and symptoms you may be having while taking a diet pills and not this "weight lost center" joke! My experience is I had my initial appointment with Dr. Macbarron's nurse practitioner Tammy. Got set up with a plan that included a month worth of Adipex and 4 injection for $225. Before I left they scheduled me for a follow up appt the next month. Well during the duration of taking the pills and doing injection I started noticing some symptoms half way through the month. Didnt think much of it because the symptoms weren't that bad but towards the end of the month the symptoms got worse. I had my follow up appt the beginning of the next week so I just waited till then to talk with NP Tammy about them then. Long story short. While at follow up appt I was told by the nurse that the ONLY way I could even TALK with Tammy about my symptoms if I was willing to pay another $190 for another package of pills and injections. I did not want to pay for another package for the fact that I was concerned of the symptoms that I was having from what they already prescribed me! She refused to see me and could care less about any symptoms I was having. Which the symptoms I was having were pretty significant! Was told that it was a Dr. Macbarron" rule.. I was completely dumbfounded that the physican that prescribed me medication refused to see me unless I would pay for more of the medication was concerned about! Do not go to Dr. Macbarron's office off Macon Road. Total JOKE for a doctor's office! The only reason they got one star is because the nurse that record my vitals and weight actually seemed concerned and tried to get me seen my Tammy.
