Great Staff, Ms Flora was fantastic and made me feel welcome and not weak, its hard for a war vet to get to the place where we realize we need help and cant do it alone.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Wait times are outrageous even if you have an appointment. Appointment was at 2 we got there 145. 330 and still weren’t seen. Finally 415 we went back. If you have an appointment please be sure you have a open schedule and youre prepared to wait hrs. Was told it’s shroffs practice (obviously) their for he can do as he pleases and make others wait. When I asked the rude lady up front how much longer she told me “if you have somewhere to go you can reschedule” Office staff especially Cris is very rude

Ms Brittany was wonderful while outside waiting to be called back and after i was done. If the staff is like the rest of these two ladies then its very professional and non judgmental. i look forward to my next visit.
Dr. Jones, Kelsey, Brittany Prophet, and Cris were the best people we have ever met. I came here for help for children whom we think are autistic. Deidre and I are more than happy that we came here today...thank your Rivertown Psychiatry for all of your help and being patient with my boys. The only down side to our experience was one of your employees and her name was Ashley, she has no idea how to deal with developing children, and parents who come for help and assistance.
Everyone has been very friendly! I would definitely recommend
