This practice is Ghetto with a capitol "G"....Dr. Mottiwala's office manager(?), charge nurse(?), whatever she is, is an idiot!!! I changed my daughter's PCP to more professional pediatrician. Who's office staff is more professional and actually know what the hell they are doing. Plus like their jobs!!
