Industrial trashcans without lids in every room as if they want to clean as little as possible. Small bugs and spiderwebs throughout office. Unprofessional rushed behaviour from Doctors far worse than normally to be expected. 2hour wait times and overbooked. Forgot to call in my prescriptions. Only saw my actual doctor once and Dr.Stokes did not wear a nametag so I did not know who the heck she was until the day I transfered. Made a comment about me being a young pregnant woman, as if that was humorous.And basically called me a liar when expressing a serious medical concern I was expiriencing. I transfered. I would not have trusted these people with the delivery of my child. Neither should you.
I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!! They’re confused and unorganized! Don’t waste your time coming here! The office was hot, the staff is rude. I literally cried after leaving here because of how they treated me!
I love this doc office it is so family oriented 2 out of 3 of my children were delivered by this doc and they are happy and healthy and they know me when i walk into the office
Long story short, I showed up and walk into a setting full of women dressed in pajamas, babies running around, and a staff that kept me waiting for 5 min at the window before saying anything to me.. I go to the window and tell the woman at the desk that I had an apt at 10:15, just for her to tell me it's first come first served!
Dr. Malone and staff were awesome and amazing! They showed so much care and concern throughout my whole pregnancy. Thank you so much for everything. Mrs. Stokes is something else.. all smiles here!!!
I was completely unaware, and did not expect to be sitting in a Clinic setting for hours waiting to be seen. I'm very dissatisfied, and had higher expectations. I was expecting a more polished setting..more so because Dr. Malone and his wife were so well put together, and painted a picture that my experience was going to be exceptional. I will not be returning nor recommending anyone to this place. Very lovely couple but their establishment is very hectic, and unprofessional.
I'm beyond myself.. I met Dr.Malone and his Lovely wife at the women's empowerment luncheon last week. They were so kind ,sweet, and very professional. I told them that I was in need of an apt ASAP (annual lady check up). I was asked to come to the office around 10:15 and told that I didn't need to make an apt because they'd remember me.
