I had such a horrible experience with the plant (where it gets taken to be cleaned) and the owner! I brought in a white comforter well over a month ago, came back a week later and got it back with yellow stains on it, they took it back to wash a second time and it came back with even more stains! The lady behind the counter was super sweet but the owner was so rude! Left me an incredibly rude voicemail saying "we didn't put those stains there, I'm not giving you a replacement if thats what you're thinking, period." and thats the end of the voicemail, just like that. Worst experience ever, you would think the least they could do is give me a replacement. Why would I drop off a white comforter with stains to get washed if I know they aren't coming out?! Don't bring your comforters here!!
