This company is incompetent. They do a mediocre job of cleaning. They attach irremovable tags to your clothing without your permission. I have discovered the tags to be extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, I have gone to pick up my dry cleaning only to discover that they delivered it to a home in a different county. Please note, I am not signed up for delivery service. I will be looking for a new dry cleaner, preferably one with basic customer service skills.
I recently left a suit there for a number of weeks. A change of life circumstance made it impossible for me to get there during their business hours. That is on me, and I own the inconvenience I caused them. However, I received the nastiest phone call accusing me of shirking my bill. I found this astounding given I have been paying by autobill to my credit card for two years. When I took time off work to go get the suit, the woman working took great delight in calling me a liar (while carefully avoiding use of the actual word “liar”). I went ahead and paid (but will be checking my credit card to see if I was double billed). After taking my card, she admitted that it was possible that I was in the system twice. Yet, she never bothered to check.
