I got my engagement ring appraised here. Their prices were incredibly fair. The employees were nice and you could tell that they love what they do. Talking to them, you know that they will not take advantage of you.
Absolutely awesome. My son actually read the reviews first on the internet, and insisted that we go to this establishment first. Upon arrival I immediately noticed that there were customers actually waiting at the door (because this place is awesome)!!! I was very impressed with this shop!!! Professional, military friendly, expeditious, and incredible service that just made my day!!!! They do watch batteries too!!! Just go there and check it out they are sooooo nice!!!!

I would rate this store a zero star, but I didn't have this option. The woman and man that works in the store are rude and contentious. We wanted to retrieve our item because they kept changing the return time. We finally found out that the item was damaged by the repairer, and we were told "that's the chance you take ". DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! RUN away as fast as you can....horrible customer service!
I originally came here because they had great reviews on google. I must say, the reviews are 100% accurate. This is a great, honest, trustworthy jewelry shop that I will continue to bring my business to from here on out. They met my expectations by giving me an honest estimate of how long it would take to have my ring repaired and they Over delivered by having it done much quicker than my expectations. That was the best part. The price was very affordable given the quality of metal my ring is and the work is very clean. Thank you better Jewelers I will be back for sure!
