Secondly that is double of the Worst Case Scenario price of $199.99. I ask to speak with the manager, he came on the phone, apologized for the miss understanding. I told him just give me back my ring! He said, no problem I could pick it up on 25 Aug 2015. I had a very busy week—did not get there until Friday 28 Aug 2015 at 5 p.m. Once a spoke with the manger—Well, guess what? No ring! Three day after the delivery date he had promised! Furthermore, the original delivery date was 29 Aug 2015.
My fiancé and I went into the store today to look at a wedding band for him. The staff/ladies were so Awesome! We ended up trading my engagement ring in and getting an upgrade to the wedding set of my choice! We were not pressured at all to spend any money, we took our time and they took their time with us as well. Great Customer service! Would recommend to all my friends and family. Everyone was so nic and worked with us until we were happy.
I will stick with Gordon's and my other favorites. I know their jewelry is made of good quality and it holds its value. They honor their warranties.
A friend of mine recommended Marks & Morgan Jewelers, so I took my friends recommendations. I spoke with the manager- he examined the ring and there was some concern due to the amount of resizing that needed to be done.
The staff is very helpful and considerate of your financial needs and are extremely attentive to your needs. Always find a way to help save money for you.
The manager calls to Atlanta to the repair facility and states he could have my ring back on Monday the 31 Aug 2015! So not only did they miss the original delivery date they tried to charge me double of the highest cost estimate! Did not trust this jeweler!
They are rude. I would strongly advise not doing business with these turd burglars.
The normal price was only $39.99 however, the entire lower over have shank my needed to be replace – that would be $199.99. I said ok—let us just turn it in and see what the jeweler says. Worst case I have to pay $199.99. He call back on Wednesday to see what the jeweler determined. So, I call a sales associate answer the phone – states she is too busy now, however, she would take my name and number and call me back an about an hour. No call back that day. Call the next day, there asking me why I am calling—because I have already been informed that the repairs were going to be $400.00! I replied, first no one had called me back, that is why I calling.
They are the worst. They do not honor ANY of their warranties. They don't honor warranties on rings, necklaces, or ear rings. The jewelry is of terrible quality. If you want to throw away money, this is your store.
On 15 Aug 2015, I brought a beautiful five stone diamond anniversary ring for my form an on-line jeweler. At the time I knew the ring was too large for my wife, because she has very small fingers and the ring was only offered as size 8 but my wife is a size 5. No big deal I can go to a local jeweler have it resized.
