Don't like the fact that I have to give them one star :/
Believe me this place is a rip off. I know this for a fact. Everything negative you hear is true. It's a commissioned job and the sales people are trained to sale you. Believe me I trained many. Not proud of that but I finally wised up. The cost of the jewelry and clarity is pitiful. It's cheap believe me. But in turn you pay 300 percent mark up. They pay the manager now district manager very very well. He is retired military and hangs his picture in the store to give the young soldiers the scare tactic.They work on a pull and pitch program. Which means if you walk anywhere near the place they try to talk to you. Even holler something brilliant to get a group of soldiers in...like Hey guys where are you headed next...did you just graduate...where yall from....hey what kind of tattoo is that....etc etc...Anything to pull the prey in. It's a sales technique...believe me. Stay far away from this place. The store managers make money based on the sales of their employees. So the turnover in employees is high. Because if you can't sale then you aren't needed. Cut and dry. This place is TERRIBLE. RUN... When you try to return they don't want you too..because they loose commission. So they pressure you in many many ways...MILITARY ask your superiors on post....many of them warn you to stay away. These are skilled sharks who are trained to be relentless....it's pure cut throat. STAY AWAY. I could go on and on. Please don't go there...the build your credit program is a Scam to sale you. Shop around you will see the price difference. This place doesn't train employees on clarity or anything. The employees make it up...the rings come in with no clarity grade. Look at the quality you will see Black specs in most of it. BUYER BEWARE
Don't listen to the other reviews. I have been shopping here for years. The prices and the customer service is great, and they are willing to work with you. These negative comments are just hear say. I thought negative first, until I seen for myself, that they are an amazing company. The Owner is retired military and loves and takes care of soldiers. Look for yourself, I love them, and I am sure you will to.
I had a ring bought for me 7 years ago, one of the diamonds fell out this past month. I called Harris and they said to bring it in, and they'd have it replaced no issue. I went and dropped the ring off on a Saturday, it was back Monday evening. When I got the ring back it looked brand new again! The whole experience was great, very fast, and easy.
They WILL take advantage of you if you are military and they WILL rip you off.
Their jewelry is awful. The diamonds are the lowest quality I have ever seen.
Had an awesome experience with Alex and Joseph. They helped me out with exactly what I wanted!!! Very understanding and outstanding individuals.

I can't believe they have not been shut down
They are so bad that we actually laughed at them trying to sell us a diamond with black marks on it (inclusions) that were about as clear as gravel.
