I kindly asked the gentleman to please tighten the treads between the pearls in order to look like my original necklace. To be honest, this seemed a bit like a "bait and switch" as they already had the funds for repairs.
Honey, I had my pearl necklace restrung. Once I paid, they bring out the necklace with a bit more space between each pearl than my original necklace.
Lane Jewelers is an amazing jewelry store. The staff is extremely friendly and the boss man will always give you the best prices. They also offer in house financing as well as layaway plans. Way better quality jewelry than other jewelry stores for way better prices.
The gentleman states, no problem. I would have to paid twice since I wasn't please with the workmanship.
I was shocked and complained to speak with a manager. Then, they threatened to call the authorities and asked me to leave for complaining regarding the necklace.
