First visit there I had my fathers necklace with a gapped clasp thought maybe they can repair it. I walked in and they said hello I told the woman my issue and she took it to the back and came back what felt like 8 seconds later and it was fixed!! They were awesome and so helpful! Their jewelry is stunning as well with great stocking stuffers also they have a dog so that’s a plus. Will visit again no doubt!
Had a collection that i no longer needed in my life but i knew the pawn shops around town wouldnt do it justice .. read the reviews of John Paul Jewelers online and decided to see if they could help me., the minute i walked into their establishment it was so welcoming and the staff was super nice i didnt feel like i was being avoided or watched constantly and they took time to see me as a person with some history in my pieces and really gave me a great deal .
Would most defiently recommend this establishment and if ever i need help again i will go back..
I had some work done on my mother's rings so that I could wear them. Excellent craftsmanship. I have dealt with several jewelers thru the years, the work shows true quality. Excellent jeweler and fair prices.
Total rip off don’t take your jewelry there to get it appraised or to trade for cash. They intentionally under appraise. I had apiece of jewelry appraised there after getting it appraised elsewhere. The other place appraised the piece for well over2,000 they appraised it for 150.00 They are dishonest and rude. Absolutely awful customer service. Totally dishonest and slimy!
Not a very good experience. Aloof customer service. So sad...inside is well kept and organized.
