The store hired a girl 2 hours ago and is absolutely amazing the whole Staff was very friendly! Awesome deals as well!
This store has always been one of my daughter's favorites. Pilar is just awesome. She talks to us as if she has known us for year's. I like that she treats everyone else the same. The store is always clean and very welcoming and you just can't get better customer service. Keep up the good work.
Emily you wrote it under Icing store but the incident happen in Claires. i am really sorry to hear that with you Earpiercing and i wish i could take care about it. I am since end of June the Store Manager in Icing and what i can say is i care a lot of my customers and try to make them happy. I hope you will stop by in my Store in the future.
I got my second hole pierced here and two days later it was swollen and completely infected. I had been using ear cleaning on both holes, but it didn't help. I went to piercing pagoda because I friend recommended it and one of the staff there offered to look at the piercing for me to see if they could just change out the earring because they thought it might be the cheaper metal causing the reaction. When she took out the old earring and tried to put in the new one, she found out that the hole piercing was going at almost a 90 degree angle up my ear. It came in one way and went out the back way above that. There hadn't been room for my piercing to be cleaned because the post wasn't long enough for that angle. She told me to go back to Claire's where I had to wait about an hour and a half for the women working there to call her manager because she didn't know how to do a return on the piercing and then they made me go home and get the solution they gave when I got them pierced in order to give me the return. It was obvious that Claire's was at fault but it wasn't acknowledged by them. I got my first holes done at the Claire's in Tallahassee, FL, and they were uneven but never had problems like this. I'd recommend going somewhere that knows that they're doing.
The workers there are super friendly and helpful. The workers also have a great attitude which made my visit to their store all the more better. The store has great items that are really cute. It was an overall wonderful experience and I will definitely be going back in the future
