They have done work for me several times and I have been very happy every time.

The staff was friendly enough. I ordered a plaque a week ago, and drew out on a piece of paper how I would like it to lay out. Was promised it would be ready to pick up on Monday morning. When I went to pick it up it was not ready, the laser engraving had left little specs on the plaque, and it was not laid out the way I wanted. I was told that they would fix both the specs and the layout. I was called later that afternoon and told it was ready. Upon arrival the specs had been cleaned up but the layout had not been changed. I was told that the girl I had spoken to had not informed this person of the need to change it, but when she looked at my ticket, she saw where I had drawn it up. Also, the names were not lined up in columns. Was told she could try to fix it but seeing as how we were presenting it tomorrow morning, I felt I had no choice but to take it as is so I would have something to present. If there were this many issues they should have contacted me . Would not recommend to others.
I went in to have some links taken out of my husbands watch and it was so fast and looks great! Also, only $10 which was very well priced. Great place, will come back again.
