I would put 0 stars if I could. My band on my ring had cracked, the sales associate told me it would be back in 2 weeks from getting repaired. Here it is almost a month later and still no ring in sight. I will NEVER do business here again.
We have a great team. And we are here to build relationships .........
Update: Reeds agreed to give me my money back since my ring was scrapped without my consent. 25 May 2016 we got our check and the name was spelled wrong. Reeds nor our bank would cash the check.. We were told it could be picked up on 31 May 2016.. It is now 10 June 2016 and still no check nor money. The only explanation we got was Reeds cuts checks once per week and the store manager wasn't sure why it was in.. Well I think it's been well past their 1 week of cutting checks. I have NEVER been through this with any other store I have bought jewelry from. After this fiasco, I will never use this store again!!!!
