This manager is inappropriately immature for this position. Completely does not know how to handle situations and I felt insulted and shrugged off.
I have a diamond tennis bracelet that kept coming off because the clasp was messed up. My 1st time in there they suggested a safety chain which I had to pay for. Then it still kept coming off still due to the clasp being messed up. Finally after my 3rd attempt a gentleman looked it over and said we will need to send it back to have it repaired. Had the 1st woman actually given a cap about Zales customers I wouldn't have had to spend $180 on a safety chain. Then to top it off when my bracelet came in from repair (both times) I never received a phone call. I always had to call to find out. I use to work in a Zales. You make your repair calls daily! Awful customer service. Worth driving to another location.
Why was my main stone and 6 prongs tampered with when the band was the only repair.
Called the manager to inform them we are ready to call to make a report with the police. Her first and immediate response was, "why? I do not see what that will do! And are you calling to have them arrest me?"
The manager Georgette is very rude and thinks she is better than you. My wife's ring broke after just a few months. Of course tried to blame it on her. Everybody that works there is rude and does not want to help you. They do not stand behind there product.
Do not trust this zales. Do not trust the store manager to act appropriately for the situation. The store manager will completely start on the edge of defence.
I get my ring back with the band fixed and my 3/4 diamond stone with more and longer inclusion. Ask the manager to draw the inclusions she saw and her drawing was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT then the original drawing of my stone. I also asked her to point out the one larger prong that was previously repaired by zales in Oklahoma. She said I only see one smaller.
I worked with Beverly who assisted me in selecting my first pair of diamond earrings. The cut, color, and clarity are second to none. She was very professional and helpful, I would definitely shop with her again. Kudos to Beverly and this location for a 5 star employee.
Sent my ring in to repair the band only. Started with a drawing of the inclusions on my diamond which was two micro inclusions. So far so good.
The manager said the regional manager will contact us, no contact.
None of the above, however we need a report from authorities to attach to our paper work to notify insurance on my ring.
The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced, which is such a shame because they have beautiful jewelry! Every time I call for an update on my ring, the staff huffs and puffs and act like I am bothering them. This store really needs to improve their service. If you want a good deal on a nice product and don't mind being treated like garbage then you'll be ok, just don't expect a good attitude while being "helped".
